learn moreOriginally from Ukraine, in the middle of a successful software engineering career, I found myself attracted to yoga. My path as a devoted practitioner brought me to teaching yoga to my friends initially and as a certified instructor (500 hour RYT) throughout the Bay Area eventually. Through constant interest in developing heightened awareness, I found different modalities of meditation and breath practices to cultivate healthy relationships with myself and the world around me. Recently, I received a Masters degree in Process oriented Psychology (Processwork) that was found by a Jungian psychologist Arnold Mendel as an innovative way to unfold the less known parts of the process and deepen the experience. Applying this multifaceted therapeutic technique, I guide individuals, couples, and groups to find creative and unexpected solutions to the difficult, confusing or inexplicable situations in life.
